This domain is available and such names are easier to get and google algorithm reads a-b-c.com as abc.com so it doesn't make any difference if you own abc.com or a-b-c.com as long as you have targeted the right keywords with rich content on them.

I read that a lot of investors make sure their location is the best it could be when considering a property but what do you do when good locations are out of reach? 

I will definitely get the Ebola version and read every detail.
