Londonderry is rapidly growing, they have a $1B project going on right now, while not quite as big as Tuscan Village, it's large enough for them to add an exit off 93.

I manage a 65 unit complex in Big Rapids.

The unit is in the Grand Rapids area any suggestions would be great.

You have already began paying more principal than interest for several years and it is dropping rapidly. 

It comes up all the time in the media, it’s something that some buy and holders will look out for, and it’s a code word for rapidly increasing neighborhood home values.

My comparison with Florida was only for the purpose of showing how rapidly this can happen, rather than a slow decline.
