They can make you remove a bed from a room that doesnt have a proper egress window, but I do not believe they can fine you for a room that has a legal egress window.

If moving out of your unit I suggest not doing any showings until it has all been cleared out, touched up, and professionally cleaned as places usually show better when vacant and properly cleaned.
