I don't see nearly enough value in this business plan for it to be a sustainable & profitable business.

I can’t believe how many investors are so focused on buying and not how to KEEP THEIR PROPERTIES or KEEP TRACK OF THEIR PROFIT AND LOSS.

My number 1 CY proverb " You can NEVER lose money by taking a profit".

Like  house cost, renovation costs, selling costs, profit.

Hello, Ive been looking on trulia and there are alot of mobile homes for sake for 90,000 - 120,000 is it worth flippin these and can you get profit?

We estimated that it would take about 4 months, more or less, to finish and sell, and that would generate $250k in profit for me, more or less.

Cash flow is also profit, but tangible profit....and, it the property didn't recover, which profile would you rather be in:A)  Financed with only 20% down (own money), and only have to recover the down payment to break even (since the tenant(s) are paying the mortgage for you)B)  All 100 % cash/equity, and have to recover ALL of your "purchased" equity before you start making a profit.

I'll expand my activities in this space if I have a profitable experience over the next couple of years.
