Snapping a new one in is the reverse, may take some pressure to put it in and do it evenly, straight in.Some screw in wires, just leave them alone, make a call.I've always used Square D brand boxes, panels and breakers, some don't like them, but they are homeowner friendly and they work and they may be cheaper, they are popular contractor grade equipment.As a landlord you should have some tools in your bag.

Most of the time, humidity problems in a crawlspace or basement are from lack of vapor barrier on the ground, incorrect grading of the lot so water is forced towards the house, drainage from downspouts, or ingress through the wall from incorrect drainage on the exterior when the crawlspace or basement is well below grade.I do not do mold remediation, but owning a pest control company we do come across other issues associated with moisture, especially in the crawlspace, and bathrooms.
