Hey All- I am looking for a recommendation for a very good Real Estate attorney in the Minneapolis area that has experience with Family Limited Partnerships.

I'm personally not a fan of partnerships, just not my cup of tea.

You are helping to facilitate new partnerships and new business models!

I obviously want the money in my account so I can show proof of funds if I want to pull the trigger on something.  

If it is the buyer, how do you change over the escrow without triggering the DOS clause, since the bank is usually controlling the escrow account?
