I'll try to swing by and hope to catch some neighbors outside to see what they paid, but I think that $1700 is a little too much for the scope of work (front/back of unit).  

Anything selling for $50k in just about any market these days is extremely low-priced, so there will inevitably be some "catches" involved.

And I've a beautiful wife and beautiful children and a yard to mow and a dog to play catch with and things that *I* want to do with *my* life and my family.  

If not I'll catch the January meeting.

No offers on the table thus far, likely due to the property being overpriced (~$900k) and the "duplex" layout that catches families by surprise.  

I have gone back to the beginning and started catching up on the Podcast which is an excellent source for those who have not gone back to episode one and listened to the relevant episodes from there on.

I looked up some of the info behind that and it looks more like they're just trying to catch some creditors snoozing.Thanks in advance.
