Plus, in both cases I was coming to the end of my rehab/make ready and didn't have enough free time left to do them myself so it was nice just being able to call a guy I was already familiar with and let him take care of the measuring, ordering, and install.

Jon, In the city of Baltimore a nicely renovated row house with 3-4 bedrooms, 1000-1300 Sq Ft.

In southern California, as you know, million dollar properties can be a tiny old fixer, or if further from coast, a nice house.

So much for thinking this could be some nice old grandma.

I personally wouldn't buy a lot unless I know I can unload it fast and it has characteristics that would make it move fast (great view,cul-de-sac,nice big lot,etc.)

The house is in a generally nice area.Unfortunately, the PM is the rudest person we have ever met and the reviews online by many other renters show we aren't the only ones who think that.

Congrats on your first deal, it's nice to step in from the sidelines.Your deal wouldn't exactly have me getting excited.
