I'd still suggest you use networking on a personal/business basis, I never had to advertise and never needed to. :)

You'll be able to network with other people who are pursuing the same strategies you are too.If you have questions, be sure to ask!

May I suggest you attend our free Black Diamond networking event tonight in Waltham MA.

This isn't my area, but my take is that part of what you get from attending these top schools is a network.

I don't usually listen to the speakers I am just there to network etc...

I am a member of the New Orleans REIA (NOREIA) and The Real Estate Investor Networking Group (The RING) in Baton Rouge, LA.

I guess I'm not that well networked so have never had to accept more than one at a time ... so being sent back to the news screen has not become annoying ;)

I have read/listened to a few dozen books on investing, listened to lots of podcasts and spent time networking at local meetups and attending open houses.Currently I am looking for my first home purchase, hopefully in the Portland area.

For example, reach out to your network of family and friends and let everyone know you're in the process of becoming licensed.
