If so...I don't know New Jersey... but in PA, you hear some municipalities and boroughs saying you need before settlement... but that is their way to add pressure.

My property is located in the Mount Pocono area of Pennsylvania.

If you used traditional pressure treated, I would leave it alone until it seasons.  

I was told by RAMP that they are not suppose to pressure the tenants because once they agreed to the program that it pretty much secures both us and them as far as receiving payments. 

Dishwasher and mounted microwave, if the space permits.

For those unfamiliar with NC geography, Rocky Mount is far from the mountains.  

Because they will get defensive if they feel you are pressuring them.

But it’s really about understanding the intricacies of the city where you buying/house stock, even zoning,if there are a lot of new condos/condo’d out row homes near you which put downward pressure on supply/rents/prices.

Specifically, this is a "deck-mounted" jetted Tub, meaning a custom platform is constructed and then the tub is dropped in from the top.I can't think of any economical ways to convert this to a shower and still have it look good and be functional.

This has put downward pressure on the supply of new housing and multifamily units.
