I'm hoping to be +750 cash flow by mid 2021.If you decide to keep, make sure that you have ($$$) flexibility to find the most affordable services and be selective with tenants.

Scenario:I closed on a duplex Mid-December and the Seller has stayed in a unit until March 1st.

I'm in my mid 30s with a wife and five kids aged 8-13 (don't bother with the math, some stepkids some biological in the mix, love them all...haha).
