Whether flipping or rental etc, how long did it take you to get your first property?? I’m new to this and don’t have any properties yet! I’m financed and ready to go but haven’t felt like I’ve come across the right deal yet so I haven’t pulled the trigger. How long did it take you to get your first deal?
