Some would say we hit inertia because we are bogged down with these details, but we have a lot of reasons why we are currently working in our business instead of on our business.All that said, I won't pretend that it isn't exhausting and at times very frustrating to self manage.

Unless your plan is exhaustive enough that you have every single line item covered and you can create accountability for each contractor who steps foot onto the project, you're bound to face bottlenecks with this approach.
