Other than an online licensing class, don't pay anyone for any mentorship or training, it's all here on BP for free! 

The problem here is that these players in real estate in Baltimore are NOT going to train others (a stranger) to be their competition!

I get my notes primarily through the Note Assistance Program, which is also where I got some of my training.  

I had joined a group for $97.00 a month for wholesaling training and they are offering to fund your deals. you have to have a seller and a buyer to receive the funds with a 1% on the funds. what do you guys think?

I feel that a larger real estate will give me more opportunity for training, but a smaller one I might be able to get more deals.

I was heavily considering KW because they are well-known to have the best agent training in the industry, but I’ll definitely have to look into the mentorship aspect of things as well.
