After reading some posts, it's obvious SFRs are selling pretty fast in Roseville which leads me to believe there is demand for SFRs but I don't know what that tells me about MFR properties.

But my point is just stop thinking about that "$200 per unit is good" thing - really extremely simplistic and can quickly lead you into trouble.

Found a potential lead...Tall grass in the front yard with notice on the door.Hasn't paid taxes since 2012.Assessor has the owners name as still living at the home.I found out that the house does have a morgage placed in 2009 when they bought it.
