Your refi options depend a lot on how you filed your taxes the last three years.

It's right down the road from Loon and supposedly performed really well on Airbnb last year.

I would look for comps of similar properties sold in the last 6 months, as similar as possible to the subject, and as close proximity to the subject as possible.

Last week former owner filed appeal in district court.

Co-op broker fees have been diminishing over the last few years, and I think it will accelerate.  

I have a 3 bed, 2 bath STR on Airbnb that’s been a loss and I have to come up with some ideas to change it or sell it.

Unfortunately, real estate is often messy so I can't say I'm too surprised, so I'll do what I can to talk through each thing.The rate float is not uncommon, as we've seen the 10 year treasury fluctuate a bit the last month or so, so I wouldn't be surprised if they had originally quoted something (guessing low 7s?)

My question is - How will an appraiser appraise the property without there being any duplex/triplex's sold within the last year?
