Going solely from the numbers you've listed, I would build the larger house and sell it, rather than rent and then use that cash to buy more properties.

I believe you'll have to sign up somehow to report information to them and I'd imagine there is some sort of landlord screening process and requirements to make sure that random people don't just sign up and send them faulty data on tenants.http://www.experian.com/rentbureau/renter-credit.html

Which will be some sort of program that guarantees results and it is only going to cost you a few thousand dollars in the promise of making millions.With all that said, I don't think it is a bad deal to go to a free conference and maybe get you motivated to start on your own.

Im concerned they might get jammed up in post office sorting machines, due to edges catching and ripping or whatever because I didnt seal them shut, but just tucked closed again.
