Some pics I have seen of younger ladies seem to express that they might be looking for a date than a property, so it needs to be professional and in good conservative tastes.

Robert, I've thought about tile and the rugs and no problem for me (I'm origiinally from FL), but Michiganders might have a different attitude, one lady mentioned that she would never rent with tile (but that's just one person) but you would never hear that in FL.Fellow Roy, middle class neighborhood, it's not the greatest but it's not bad either and the location is centrally located (right by the highway and very close to desirable downtown royal oak) targeting employees of the big 3 car companies (GM, Chrysler and Ford).

I asked the lady at the post Office and she said you're not supposed to; I asked what will happen to my mail and she implied I'd get it in my box with no issues.

@Susanne Stauffer  Just to be safe, I'd consider a disclosure that states that they could receive a higher price if they were to list it on the MLS.It might be overkill, but you don't want to open your front door to see the Eyewitness News Investigative Team shoving a camera and mic in your face, asking why you think it's OK to screw little old ladies out of their homes.When in doubt, DISCLOSE.

We’re moving from HI, but he’s from the Finger Lakes and has friends and family nearby.

Both are iOS apps (I assume they're also google apps, but I don't use that platform), and also allow you to sign with your finger (or save a signature on file).
