I don't even like being a realtor right now because my issue is that, since I've worked with investors when I 'wholesaled', I have the eye of an investor, and walking into these homes, I immediately get a runny mouth, and of course the buyers thank me for pointing things out, but I'll admit, I'm more successful at wholesaling than being an actual agent.
