Looking for the best option!
Evening so I am in a jam i just currently decided to get into the Real Estate game. I bought a house in 2009 and allowed a family member to handle all affairs because they needed it. Needless to say i am learning the hard way, my house is currently under foreclosure no sale date they say i need 10k to bring it current. I am lost in this process, I am wondering can i bounce back if this goes in to foreclosure. Also can anyone give any advice about what to do. This situation has completely ruined my credit score. So I have no credit no money and nothing but time. I totally took my eye off this project and it is costing, can anyone lend any advice?
