Hi Maria,I just sent you an invite - I've got one lender in particular that is really good so if you reach out to me I can share his info.Also myself and another colleague of mine are agents and are happy to assist you if you're looking to purchase.As for approval, for FHA, debt to income can theoretically go as high as 56.99% and credit down to 620 (actually 580 per regs but lenders almost always overlay).  

A quick look at the assessor's web site says it's owned by Invitation Homes.
