@Andrew Syrios I purposely left the after repair value at zero percent increase to plan for the worst case scenario I think after some of the improvements I make I will get a bit of value but I don't know who to talk to about how much and what to do to maximize the price jump the Interior of the place is pretty decent. minor exterior upgrades could really help out the curb appeal. thanks

Anyone familiar with how much it will cost to do an interior fire remediation on a 2,000 SF single family home in southern NH?

I haven't seen the inside, but who would sell a $1M property without a single interior photo (This screams it probably couldn't pass any safety codes). 

I've spent an entire year remodeling the interior, every weekend, about 10 - 16 hours per weekend for an entire year! 

I need to see it in person first but with what looks like small exterior renovation and probably some interior this could generate great cashflow.

Already having to evacuate for one tsunami, and $400 for a hollow interior door on island scared us off. 

I spent that on an 816 SF house that only needed interior cosmetics, the exterior and mechanicals were all in good shape.I think you need to see the house and get much tighter rehab costs and a much closer ARV.
