Well said information, and from my experiences in Texas, there is an understanding that Tenants absolutely have rights, but it's the OWNER'S property first and foremost.

Perhaps a thread should be started for those "investors" to share their experiences.The lack of information and credibility you have is very comical.

If not and you're weary of dealing with this business you can always inform him you will begin advertising for a new tenant (which, of course, means there will be showings of the unit) and once a qualified replacement is found, his lease can be terminated.Sometimes when a tenant realizes there will be folks tromping through their place the bathroom "odor" suddenly evaporates.While you should not have to suffer loss of rent over all of this, life is too short to keep dealing with this nonsense.

And even though virtually every sponsor agreement allows me to share investment information with others who might be advising me on it (especially when club members are bound by an NDA), I still ask the sponsor if I can share it, because it's a test.
