Just curious if anyone is successfully implementing Traction and the 10 year, 3 year, and 1 year goals as well as PLMs, Issues list, To-Do lists for REI?  

Looking for generalized discussion about the effectiveness of implementing a strategy that revolves around this concept.

To better help with the discussion, here are my options in a nutshell:A) Keep It If I decide to keep it, I will rent out all three units an implement property management.

The best strategy to help you have liability protection while not having to pay incredible amounts of money annually is to implement a Delaware Statutory Trust into your asset protection strategy.

I haven't gone that route, but his mentor owns hundreds of units and has implemented this system successfully.

We are actively looking for a market where we can implement the brrrr strategy.
