Revenue During License Process: I'm eager to get licensed but don't want to lose revenue while awaiting completion.

There is nothing wrong with closing 1 deal every 3000 leads, there are tools meant to speed up that process.

But not so many beds that would encourage huge parties of people or parties in general.

From the very beginning they don't know the basics, I can't fathom all of the missteps, mistakes, miscalculations, omission, erros and faults throughout the process. post script: I do agree however, that there are a few "bad' agents.

I like where you're going with your thought process and analysis.

You want to get the process down to that and then repeat it, repeat it several times, even do two at at time when you can. 

I was terrified at closing that this would be a huge mistake!
