Wow, what a great piece of information...I need to get more active on these forums, not only to learn, but network and really grow my business and take it to the next step and reach my goal of financial freedom! 

I have another full time job as a physician and am not interested in leaving my practice yet, but I'm looking for something else that will generate a cash flow and allow me to get to financial freedom within the next couple of years so that I can practice medicine on my terms and not on the insurance companies.

Having that 9 to 5 is nice but the freedom of real estate is wonderful.

Building the freedom and strong future that this business has to offer is what helps push on.

I have had lots of plans for many things in the past but I have changed direction because that's what we do sometimes and I have the freedom to change my mind at any point given new information.  

I tasted the freedom that this business can give you.

I would love to start investing in commercial properties on my own and start working towards my goal of financial freedom.  

I am looking to learn as much as I can to buy and hold and build a portfolio big enough to provide with the freedom I want.

Nonetheless I look forward to learn on how to get FREEDOM through investing in rentals and vacation homes.
