New to BP

Hello Team,

My name is Jose and I am new to BP. I have been listening to the podcasts for about 3 months now and I am extremely eager to learn more. I am currently stationed at Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio TX. I have only purchased one house (the one I live in) and I wish I would have known what I've learned from BP. I wouldn't have purchased it at the price I did.

I will be moving soon and I am need of a property manager. I was wondering where I could ask some BP members to give me some recommendations on who they use in the San Antonio Area.

Although I will not be cash flow positive while renting my house, I am excited about the learning experience I will get from it. I am looking to learn as much as I can to buy and hold and build a portfolio big enough to provide with the freedom I want.
