Crossing MLK, and I didn't really even pass Cross St (except down near M&T east of Scott), Pigtown was palpably different.

Also, since I’m  an old guy now, I have more experience, and if I could tell myself anything when I was younger is look both ways before crossing the street not “don’t cross the street”

If you purchase two separately platted houses, they will each have their own mortgage, but a bank might do a single note, cross-collateralizing both properties, but that would be odd and not serve any purpose I can see, absent more details.

The brief feedback is that their legal departments won´t green light Series LLC applications because this is a new entity that hasn´t been fully tested in court yet.  

Hey @Trent Herbert i live in Cypress as well (coles crossing) and have just closed my second deal last week. 

The question of traditional or non-traditional investment options didn't even cross my mind (LOL).
