I did start a project involving creating a grand real estate information manual where I plug in everything I learn to a structured tome so that when the time comes to take action, I can look up any aspect in the manual, as well as plug in new information I find there in the appropriate section, so it's actually saved and set up to use later, instead of just bouncing around my brain.Once I have a smart phone and some money coming in, and my body and mind awaken back to an active state as a result, I can start finding a piece of info, DOING SOMETHING with it, finding another piece of info, DOING SOMETHING, etc.

After I save up a few more grand. 

However, the grand majority of those who overstay their visa entered the US on a B1/B2 non-immigrant visa.

So you reach out to your parents, your grand parents, your aunts and uncles, all your friends parents.

You might try to look in Grand Marais, there are a few lots listed on Zillow currently.
