I would say that from my perspective as not only an investor that owns properties but an owner of a property management company. the one thing that you need to realize is landlords are the highest sued in real estate as  a matter of fact 1 out of 3 landlords are in some form of lawsuit or litigation every year for violating laws such as (IRS, Discrimination, Fair Housing, Fair credit reporting act, property code ) all governing bodies that protect and regulate rights for both tenants and owners.As owner of a rental property you are running a business, and need to have policies, procedures and structure.

If you want to take issue with a landlord not following an ACTUAL law that governs landlords/tenants, then seems appropriate to bring it up on the page.

Take pictures of everything while you are there.I’d suddenly need to do a lot of maintenance....just to get in more often.I’d stand outside their bedroom with a bull horn every morning....at 4am.Post their photos on every social media site, Craigslist, Rentals FB pages letting the world know who they are.They are probably receiving some sort of government assistance, so call and report them for fraud....I guarantee they are reporting they pay rent.

If we all remember the wonderful times that our government was having back in January, you remember that the IRS (and the rest of the government) decided to shut down for the longest government shutdown in our nation's history.

People are getting tired of a government that punishes the Landlord and coddles the Tenant.

All other investors or wholesalers that help distressed sellers can sleep quietly because there's is probably no entity in the private sector that can devour the entire market

If so, then the bank is obligated to report that to the US government which is working hard to force US citizens to report their overseas monies.
