Considering the fact that they have already caused serious damage to the property and will most likely continue to do so, the SAFE move would be to look for grounds for eviction based on your lease agreement.These situations are super taxing to deal with—it's so much nicer to just think of renting properties as a passive income source where everything just goes according to plan.
