Hello, I got into REI 5 weeks ago and have been fortunate enough to get my first rehab/resale project under contract yesterday with a closing in 3 weeks.  

I live in Valpo and chose real estate last year for similar reasons, it's a great idea.I've been fortunate enough to work with several bigger pocket members in NWI.

My situation fortunately got worked out on it's own.  

The people who made fortunes were the ones who bought cheap homes after the crash with rising values and rents.From my earlier post:I was at ground zero during the crash working in real estate.

But, fortunately for me, the process stopped there and no PA had been bottom-lined.

I have been fortunate to have impressive feedback from other landlords/property managers on the forums of mrlandlord.com and masslandlord.net.

Sounds gross...sorry :D Thank you BP so much for what you do, I am one of the millions people benefit from BP without paying fortune for it.

I was fortunate enough to find a fulltime engineering intern job my sophomore year in a very good company who wanted me to work through school so I know how you feel.

I currently live right down the street from the property which will fortunately allow me to keep a close eye on the work being done.
