If you're going to use an LLC that is already out-of-state as compared to the RE parcel, you may want to discuss with an attorney about a TX, DE, or NV LLC that then registers in the state where the RE parcel is located.

@Marlow JonesCheck the entity that manages the parcel records in that area, sometimes it's available online. 

They found mold in the kitchen duct, lots of junk and dropped food down in the vents, etc.

In my experience you will likely be able to purchase more than four separate mobile homes on four separate parcels of property for under $300,000 around your local area.
