I see it also with our single family rental properties, sometimes we refi a package and they are all finished to the same standard, they are very similar, sometimes on the same street.

My recommendation would be to setup a living trust so the asset(s) do not need to go through probate.

When you do the refinance you pay them both off assuming you added at least 120% of your removal costs in value.
