Does anyone have a recommendation for CPA who has extensive experiences on Private Family Trust in particular on using the 990-PF form?

The lease which I think seems pretty extensive/quite good belongs to the management company that is currently managing the property.

I would also say don't be afraid to bring someone into the deal with the knowledge/resources to help you put it together.Even if you have to split the deal, 50% of a deal is better than 100% of no deal. 

To my knowledge, the statute starts the day the borrower went into default, but each state is different.
