There are some that have great fixed periods and can be significantly lower than a 30 year fixed if the loan is likely to be paid off in 5-7 years when you sell, refinance, etc.My point is ARMs have gotten a bad reputation because a few specific sub-prime exotic ARMs.

Just remember that the expense will multiply times the ammount of llc's you have per property each year.In the beggining don't worry about it to much but as you grow do invest in yourself and explore better opportunities with your cpa.
