In the event you think it can & should appraise higher (you are not in agreement with their valuation), they will then do a site visit appraisal at your expense.

Insurance is for catastrophic life altering events.

Beyond the Monthly Management, Placement & Maintenance fees, all other fees in our contract are IF EVENT -> THEN fees.

When a significant disaster occurs, businesses are destroyed so people and jobs move to locations where they can make money today.

There are qualifying life events (like getting married) that let you move out before a year, and many other loop holes in the program which investors can legally utilize.

My whole geographic region has about 7 towns in it that are pretty small so I tend to search through the MLS every day to get a feel for new listings, price reductions, and anything else that may occur.
