Some will want to sign an agreement that you won't steal their client, others will be too dense to understand what you're offering and will think you want to steal their client.My business has grown 100+ doors and maybe 1 was a referral from a realtor who happens to be a great friend of mine, any other realtor was a PITA to the point I don't even bother with them.

She'll be paying us rent in the new house to take her in and help with her care, so I will have rental income to declare, and keeping the current home that should net a loss on paper for the next several years w/ depreciation and stuff, will allow me to offset the rental income I'll be getting on the new house.
