I was debating doing the LLC since it does cost 800$ and now I have to move it out of the family trust to the LLC (fees for estate lawyers).

Agreed, I was more debating running it as a STR ignoring the 6 day minimum until it becomes a problem since that’s what everyone else is doing.

I am debating purchasing this via a 15YR HEL (Home Equity Loan) @ 5.49% and refinancing within next 14 months (sooner would be better so as to get HEL cleared out; great rate, but like having the funds available for acquisitions).
