What is you guys best ways to find true private lenders not "brokers".

@Jacob NevarezGeneral red flags include many days on market (60 days+), few photos available online, under contract & reactivated multiple times, and no price drops if it has been on the market a while.

there are definitely states that require MLO licensure to do any loan on a 1 to 4 unit.. about 15 states require it .. the others dont as you suggest.
