I'd hate to look back at this deal at a later date and realize I only did it for convenience reasons.

I had a bad pm in another  city and was able to talk to other investors and they had the same or worse problems with this pm so It is always good to keep up to date with what is going on in a certain area.

i have a friend that is around 6 months into a foreclosure from a failed lease/purchase and he is still waiting on a date in district court.  

I am formally promoting you to CEO of this local movement and look forward to the date and time I need to arrive. :-) 

Hello fellow learners, my name is Randol and I am new here but have invested with no money before.  

I received an envelope with two notice of violations for the same thing, one dated that day and the other the day before each fining me $100.

The property is in California, the sale date is scheduled for mid December and he is the foreclosing lender.

Based on the overwhelming response, I should have just taken the keys and walked through the property at a later date.

Any help and input would be appreciated. 1. is it possible to obtain a copy of the pha section 8 lease before the signing date?
