As a heads up, if you do start going to REIA meetings, stay away from the infomercial crap they will try to sell you for the "low, low price of $997" if you sign up within the next 20 minutes.

Okay, just be present with your buyers, keep things short and sweet, no big deal.For added effect, tell sellers to put as much of their crap as possible in storage.
