I should be able to get a 80% loan on my equity for down payment on next property correct?

I am not too concerned with a major market correction.Personally I feel keeping enough to protect ones self from going underwater during a market correction makes sense, but I also see how having too much dead equity can be costly if you are looking to build your portfolio. 

I am just saying that an average young sole proprietor may not be good with accounting and doing their own taxes and if they have they cannot afford to hire a tax professional and have multiple bank accounts they may not add up everything correctly or put things 100% correctly into tax software.

like if a partner used " their contractors " I'm afraid that he will make a deal with their contractor to bid a little higher so he can a make some side money.  

One brings $100K, $50K, 10K, $5K cashier cheques making bid.

I have their information in terms of address, but I'm curious to know why no one has placed a bid on the property. 

I am curious to know why you are looking for a structural engineer and getting soil testing and bids on foundation work. 

My strategy is to save up cash and wait for the next market correction when all these newbie investors start selling off their properties at a discount.
