I’m Looking for Information on a duplex condo/condex conversion.

I own a duplex in Concord and I am thinking of converting it into a condo or condex. I have been doing a lot of research, but would like to talk to someone who knows the whole process. How much time it will take, how much money it will cost, all the steps to do it correctly. If anyone can help me I would really appreciate it.
