Now, it really depends on the scope of your project because these fees might be really low and insignificant compared to the total cost of the project.

Or, are each and every individual deal so unique that they can't be compared?

I did quite a bit of research when I heard about the HELOC to pay off you mortgage and then using that account as your main account to funnel all your income and expenses in/out of etc etc.....the principle is that you will have on average a lower balance that your are paying interest on each month etc.....and read a lot about comparing that method vs just applying extra principle to your mortgage.

I have been monitoring foreclosure auctions in Pinellas County, FL and I need some help in understanding a few things:1- In some cases, I see the Final Judgement Amount is pretty low compared to the assessed value of the house.

Some units I manage in San Jose / Campbell area dropped rents around 10% to get them rented compared to one year ago. 

Regarding Killeen and Texas landlord laws, they are very landlord friendly compared to other States I hear about.

Be prepared to shell out some $$$ when compared to the budget "primer/sealers". 

From my research of comparable sales and a real estate agent relative in Italy it is currently valued at about 320-350k.
