That's terrible ethics on the parents. 

There is a residential agent in my area being blasted by the media and who just settled with the disciplinary board after setting up a private sale with a seller to his parents.

My girlfriend and I were renting a house for a year but I moved back in with my parents to save up some money to get started in real estate.

I inherited about 150k from my parents along with their coop which is going through so many changes.

Based on information provided by him, his mother, his uncle are still living and he had two aunts that are deceased(All children of the original owners) One of his deceased aunts had a child.

PS: I have one child who is 2 years old.

Err... that individual must not like making money.in the real world that is Mommy or Daddy or grand  parents and maybe a rich uncle.. 

My husbands parents only get dachshunds and the breeders they get them from and their huge dachshund group can agree.

It's your neighbor, parents, uncle, brothers, friend.

So you can tell them you won’t allow another broken lease, but if they have a parent that dies and they have to move out to care for the existing parent, that may be something they have to deal with.
