Alabama Title/Ownership Questions

I have a few questions regarding title/ownership questions in Alabama. I’m looking to buy a property in the neighborhood i grew up in. However, the two current owners of the properties are both deceased and their grandson lives in the property. Based on information provided by him, his mother, his uncle are still living and he had two aunts that are deceased(All children of the original owners) One of his deceased aunts had a child. I was trying to figure out assuming there’s no will, who would have a claim on this property? Would it just be his mother and his uncle or does the child of his deceased aunt have a claim as well? Also is this something a title company would be able to assist with or would i need a lawyer to sort it out? Thanks.
