I'm also at GM at the Tech Center.  

I specifically look for properties close to schools/daycare centers, corner lots, lots adjoining a business, etc. 

Travel there is dominated by entertainment and conference/trade show business which is centered around the strip and the large off-strip resorts.

Most of us like a centered drain and if you're dealing with concrete removal it can be a bit of a PITA.

There was a shopping center posted on Loopnet was originally listed at 4.5 million.

**It is in a very high up and coming area of town, 1.5 miles from beach and .5 mile from town center/ social area.

My tenant didn't take out his clothes from the dryer so I took them out and set them on the furnished bed I provided him.I notice a cut and small hole going into the center of the mattress that was not there on the walkthrough.
