It's hard to say that there is a 'trend' because they have only been in there a year - but it seems like this family has a maintenance request every couple of months.

I’m noticing that the house hacking and appreciation growth is a trend in this thread.

If you do most searching wanting realtor for their opinion and representation that is the trend. 

I chose long term with interest rates that seem to be trending down over the short term (maybe).

We will be doing a week over week KPI table to see trending over time as well as ability to view from a funnel perspective to see where improvement can be made in the business.
