Or more specifically, Seth reiterated the investor mentality perfectly.At one point I made a campaign where I went into the property appraiser/assessor office, (in many areas you can do this online) and received a list of all the duplexes in my county.  

I just got a list made that I plan on starting a direct mail campaign to soon.  

Because the assessor takes campaign contributions from tax attorneys (google Joseph Berrios, I'm glad he's gone now).I've seen zero discussion about property taxes so I was wondering, what do people do about this?

Im starting a big marketing campaign in the next week or so to start looking for one.

I think concensus shows that you should stick the money into doing your first deal whether it be a down payment or money for marketing a wholesaling campaign, etc.
